BIOGRAPHY
Attorney Raj Patel was born in Uganda before moving with his family to India, where he received a university degree in physics. Mr. Patel continued his education in the United States in 1983, where he received degrees in mathematics and physics. From there he attended California State University-Los Angeles and got a degree in computer science.
Between 1989 and 2003, Mr. Patel’s ambitious drive sent him to work for the County of Riverside in the Transportation and Land Management Agency department, all while attending law school at the same time.
He worked for insurance companies as a defense attorney until starting his own firm in 2003 where he could serve the people on the other side of the insurance equation.
EXPERIENCE & PHILOSOPHY
Mr. Raj Patel is a well-versed, experienced, and practical attorney. He pays particular attention to detail and communicates regularly with his clients. His office is equipped with a Spanish interpreter and Spanish-speaking staff. He is very involved in local communities and businesses. Simply put: fighting on behalf of employees and workers is his passion, and he is still looking to answer why employers would ever engage in behaviors that harm their employees.
He concentrates on workers’ compensation and work injuries, specifically the injuries that employees sustain while benefiting their employers. These include the invisible injuries that many workers sustain during the course of their careers.
